摘要(Abstract)：

用高效毛细管电泳测定胸腺肽微球中α1的含量 ,结果表明 ,三批胸腺肽微球中α1的含量分别为 0 .31%、0 .2 9%和 0 .2 7%。
The content of thymosin α 1 in thymopeptide microspheres was determined by high performance capillary electrophoresis.The mass content of thymosin α 1 in 3 batches of thymopeptide microspheres were 0.31%,0.29%and 0.27%,respectively.
