板蓝根不同养护方式的比较研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的以板蓝根有效成分含量、浸出物含量、水分含量、质量损失率以及虫蛀、霉变等变异现象为指标,考察气调养护、气调箱贮藏以及常规养护对板蓝根药材质量的影响。方法通过HPLC法测定(R,S)-告依春含量,采用热浸法测定醇溶性浸出物含量,采用烘干法测定水分,考察3种方法养护6个月后板蓝根的相关指标。结果气调养护后,板蓝根的(R,S)-告依春含量高于常规养护(P<0.05),水分含量和质量损失率均低于常规养护(P<0.05),虫蛀霉变率低于常规养护,浸出物含量与常规养护无显著性差异。而气调养护组的水分含量、浸出物含量与和(R,S)-告依春含量与气调箱组均无显著性差异。结论和常规养护相比,气调养护可以减少板蓝根储藏过程中有效成分和质量的损失,同时防潮,防虫蛀,防霉变。而气调养护与气调箱贮藏的养护效果接近。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of controlled atmosphere,normal conservation and atmosphere case on the quality of radix isatidis. METHODS Radix isatidis were stored 6 months by 3 different ways. The HPLC method was used to determinate the content of( R,S)-epigoitrin,the hot dipping method was used to determinate the content of ethanol-soluble extractives,and the moisture was determined by oven drying method. RESULTS After 6 months,the content of( R,S)-epigoitrin in conservation by controlled atmosphere group was higher than that in normal conservation group( P < 0. 05),the moisture and mass loss rate in conservation by controlled atmosphere group was lower than that in normal conservation( P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the content of extractum between conservation by controlled atmosphere and normal conservation group. CONCLUSION Compared with normal conservation,conservation by controlled atmosphere can reduce the loss of effective components and quality in the storage process of radix isatidis,and prevent dampness,moth and mildew.
