摘要(Abstract)：

目的分析总结本院2011~2014年抗高血压药物的使用情况及变化趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法通过HIS调取2011~2014年的抗高血压药物的销售金额和销售数量,计算DDDs和DDDc值,对数据进行分析评价。结果抗高血压药物的销售金额总体呈下降趋势,以钙离子拮抗剂(CCB)、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(ARB)和β-受体拮抗剂(β-blocker)为主,其中ARB类销售金额增加明显。结论某院抗高血压药物使用情况与国内总体状况基本相符。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the structure and changes of antihypertensive drugs in the hospital from 2011 to 2014,so as to provide a reference for the clinical application of drugs. METHODS The sales data of antihypertensive drugs of 2011-2014 from HIS was collected. The DDDs and DDDc were calculated. All data was evaluated. RESULTS The sales amount of antihypertensive drugs was overall downward trend,CCB,ARB and β-blocker were mainly selected and used. The sales amount of ARB was increased significantly. CONCLUSION The application of antihypertensive drugs in the hospital is basically consistent with the situation in the domestic.
