小儿止泻口服液治疗病毒性腹泻的临床观察Clinical Observation of Xiaoer Zhixie Liquid for Virus Diarrhea

摘要(Abstract)：
目的观察小儿止泻口服液治疗病毒性腹泻患儿的临床疗效。方法将90例腹泻患儿随机按照单盲法分为治疗组60例和对照组30例,2组患者均接受标准的西医基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗上加用小儿止泻口服液,对照组则加用保济口服液。结果治疗组总有效率(95.0%)明显高于对照组总有效率(86.7%),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组平均住院时间(4.5±1.0)d明显低于对照组平均住院时间(5.6±0.7)d,2组差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿止泻口服液治疗可小儿病毒性腹泻能缩短住院天数,减轻临床症状,疗效确切且安全。
OBJECTIVE To observe clinical efficacy of Xiaoer Zhixie liquid for treatment of pediatric virus diarrhea( VD).METHODS Ninety patients with VD disease were randomly divided into treatment group( n = 60) and control group( n = 30) by single-blind method. Patients in both groups were treated by standard foundation treatment. Patients in the treatment group were also treated by Xiaoer Zhixie liquid,and patients in the control group were added Baoji liquid. RESULTS The total effective rate of treatment group( 95.0%) was obviously higher than that of the control group( 86.7%),there were significant difference between the 2groups( P<0.05). The average length of stay of treatment group( 4.5±1.0) d was obviously lower than that of the control group( 5.6±0. 7) d,there were also significant difference between the 2 groups( P<0.05). CONCLUSION Xiaoyan Zhixie liquid can shorten the length of stay,reduce symptoms of the pediatric virus diarrhea,and it is effective and safe.
