摘要(Abstract):
目的建立差示分光光度法测定电光滴眼液中盐酸丁卡因的含量。方法在331 nm,以盐酸丁卡因的0.1 mo.lL-1盐酸溶液和水溶液中不同的紫外光谱,测得差示吸收值为定量依据。结果平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为0.59%(n=5)。结论方法简便,结果准确。
Objective To establish differential spectrophotometry method for determining tetracaine hydrochloride in dianguang eye drops and to eliminate interference of material and excipient.Method Determining diffenent ultraviolet spectrum of tetracaine hydrochloride in 0.1mol·L~(-1) HCl and water,detector wave length 331 nm.Result The recovery was 99.0%,RSD was 0.59%.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate.
