临床药师对烧伤患者抗菌药物使用干预效果分析Effects of Intervention by Clinical Pharmacists on Application of Antibiotics Drugs in Burn Patients

摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨临床药师对外科烧伤患者抗菌药物使用进行干预的效果。方法采取回顾性调查方法,随机抽取本院外科临床药师干预前后烧伤患者各36例,对其抗菌药物合理用药情况进行评价,并对相关指标进行统计分析。结果通过临床药师干预,烧伤患者抗菌药物使用合理率由11.11%上升到33.33%(P<0.05),用法用量合理率由58.33%上升到100.00%(P<0.01),联合用药指征合理率由61.11%上升到100.00%(P<0.01);烧伤患者初始经验性治疗中,抗菌药物联用的比率由41.67%下降到0.00%(P<0.01);抗菌药物使用频度由(10.60±8.58)DDDs下降到(5.65±9.66)DDDs(P<0.01),平均用药天数由(15.14±14.07)d下降到(9.78±5.94)d(P<0.05),创面愈合时间由(13.83±13.34)d下降到(9.03±4.74)d(P<0.05)。结论临床药师通过实施合理用药干预对促进抗菌药物的安全、有效、经济使用起到了积极作用。
OBJECTIVE To verify the effect of clinical pharmacists' intervention in antibiotics used for burn patients of the surgical wards. METHODS A total of 72 burn cases were randomly selected from the surgical department of a hospital before( n =36) and after( n = 36) intervention,the rational application of drugs and relevant indicators were analyzed. RESULTS By clinical pharmacists' intervention,the rational ratio of antibiotics use of burs patients rose from 11. 11% to 33. 33%( P<0. 05),the rational ratio of dosage rose from 58. 33% to 100. 00%( P < 0. 01),the rational ratio of drug combination indications rose from 61. 11% to100. 00%( P<0. 01). In the initial empirical treatment of burn patients,the application ratio of antibiotics combination decreased from41. 67% to 0. 00%( P<0. 01). Antimicrobial drug use frequency decreased from( 10. 60±8. 58) DDDs to( 5. 65±9. 66) DDDs( P<0. 01),the average medication days decreased from( 15. 14±14. 07) to( 9. 78±5. 94)( P<0. 05),the wound healing time decreased from( 13. 83 ± 13. 34) to( 9. 03 ± 4. 74)( P < 0. 05). CONCLUSION OBJECTIVE METHODS RESULTS CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists' interventions on antibiotics rational application play a positive role in contribution to safe,effective and economical application of antibiotics.
