麻醉镇痛药临床应用分析Analyses of Clinical Application of Narcotic Drugs

摘要(Abstract)：
目的分析住院患者麻醉药品的应用情况,为临床合理使用该类药物提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析方法查阅住院病历,记录其药品名称、用药总量、用药天数,以限定日剂量(DDD)同药物利用指数(DUI)为指标进行统计、分析、评价。结果常用的麻醉性镇痛药有4种。用药频度排序由高到低分别为硫酸吗啡缓释片、芬太尼透皮贴剂、盐酸哌替啶针和可待因片。结果麻醉性镇痛药的应用基本合理,但仍存在一些问题,有待于进一步完善。结论正确规范合理地使用镇痛药物有利于提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the application narcotic drugs in the inpatients department of Chaozhou hospital,which may provide reference for the clinical rational drug usage.Methods The patients' medical records were retrospectively analyzed.The drugs' name,the total drug that used,and the number of days of treatment was recorded.The limited dose (DDD) with drug use index (DUI) was used as index for the statistics,analysis,and evaluation.Results There were 4 kinds of narcotic analgesic drugs that the hospital commonly used.From high to low in DDD sequence,they were morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets,transdermal tables patch of fentanyl,pethidine hydrochloride tablets,and codine.The DUI of Codeine and pethidine hydrochloride ampule is less than 1.The narcotic analgesic drug application was basically rational in our hospital.The basic treatment principle of "three ladder administration" on cancer patients was basically reasonable.However,there were still some problems to be further improved.Conclusion The standard and rational usage of analgesic drugs can improve the patients' quality of life.
