摘要(Abstract)：

目的确定注射用盐酸头孢吡肟中L-精氨酸的加入量。方法向适量盐酸头孢吡肟中加入L-精氨酸的量分别为:350、550、650、700、710、720、725、730、740、750、800、900 mg,分别考察其pH值、颜色和澄清度。结果加入L-精氨酸的最佳范围为720~730 mg。结论确定我厂注射用盐酸头孢吡肟中L-精氨酸的加入量为每1 g头孢吡肟中加入L-精氨酸725 mg。
Objective To confirm the quantity of L-Arginine added to Cefepime Dihydrochloride for injection.Method Add respectively 350、550、650、700、710、720、725、730、740、750、800、900 mg L-Arginine to 1 g Cefepime Dihydrochloride for injection,and examine the pH,color and clarity.Result The prime range of quantity of L-Arginine added to 1 g Cefepime Dihydrochloride for injection is 720~730 mg.Conclusion Decide to add 725 mg L-Arginine to 1 g Cefepime Dihydrochloride for injection manufactured by our factory.
