蛹虫草核苷体外抗肿瘤实验研究In Vitro Experimental Research of Antitumor Effect of Nucleoside in Cordyceps Militaris

摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨蛹虫草核苷的体外抗肿瘤作用。方法用MTT法和SRB法检测蛹虫草核苷类成分对14种肿瘤细胞株体外生长的抑制作用。结果蛹虫草核苷对所试肿瘤细胞株的体外生长均具有较强的抑制作用,其中对人表皮鳞癌细胞A431、人直肠癌细胞株HT-29、人胃癌细胞(未分化)HGC-27、人恶性黑色素瘤细胞A-375、人急性淋巴白血病细胞CCRF-CEM、人肺癌细胞(淋巴结转移)NCI-H292、人红白血病细胞株K562作用强,半数抑制浓度(IC50)分别为7.27±1.61、10.34±3.69、11.61±1.73、16.17±3.91、16.21±3.18、18.10±7.68、19.71±4.88μg/m L,其次是人肝癌细胞Hep G2、人宫颈癌细胞He La、人胃癌细胞MGC80-3、人大细胞肺癌细胞NCI-H460、人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7、人非小细胞肺癌细胞A549、人肾癌细胞A498,半数抑制浓度(IC50)分别为22.81±4.21、23.14±7.30、25.73±3.83、34.15±7.89、54.45±5.70、117.15±12.84、197.94±16.95μg/m L。结论蛹虫草核苷具有广谱抗肿瘤作用。
OBJECTIVE To study antineoplastic activity of the nucleoside in Cordyceps Militaris. METHODS The inhibitory effects of nucleoside in Cordyceps Militaris on 14 kinds of tumor cell stains were observed with MTT and SRB methods in vitro.RESULTS The nucleoside in Cordyceps Militaris had obvious inhibition with the test tumor cells strains,and were much sensitive with human skin squamous carcinoma cell A431,human colorectal carcinoma cell HT-29,human gastric carcinoma cell( undifferentiated)HGC-27,human melanoma carcinoma cell A375,human acute lymphocytic leuke-mia carcinoma cell CCRF-CEM,human lung carcinoma cell( lymphnode metastasis) NCI-H292,human leukemia carcinoma cell K562. The values of IC50 were 7.27±1.61,10.34±3.69,11.61±1.73,16.17±3.91,16.21±3.18,18.10±7.68,19.71±4.88 μg / m L,respectively. The second were human liver carcinoma cell Hep G2,human cervical carcino-ma cell Hela,human gastric carcinoma cell MGC-803,human large lung carcinoma cell NCIH460,human breast carcinoma cell MCF-7,human no-small carcinoma cell A549,human kidney carcinoma cell A498. The values of IC50 were 22.81±4.21,23.14± 7. 30,25. 73 ± 3. 83,34. 15 ± 7. 89,54. 45 ± 5. 70,117. 15 ± 12. 84,197. 94 ± 16. 95 μg / m L,respectively.CONCLUSION The nucleoside in Cordyceps Militaris has broad strong anti-tumor effect in vitro.
